Your use for free and/or purchase of Safe Web Traffic Services is subject to these Terms of Service. Using our Services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Using our Services
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.
Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t try to access Safe Web Traffic using a method other than the instructions provided as a guide to its use. The Services must be used only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. About the Software in our Services

Safe Web Traffic gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software provided to you by Safe Web Traffic as part of the Services. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICE “AS IS”.
SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.
Liability for our Services
WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, SAFE WEB TRAFFIC, AND SAFE WEB TRAFFIC’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF SAFE WEB TRAFFIC, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).
IN ALL CASES, SAFE WEB TRAFFIC, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.
Fee-Based Services
Safe Web Traffic offers some Services (e.g., Safe Web Traffic @ Home, @ Businesses & @ Schools and Atamai Video Training, and so on) for purchase through its Website or for free through the free trial option on its Website.
If you purchased a Service or enrolled in the Free Trial, Safe Web Traffic grants to you, and you accept, the non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and nonexclusive right to access and use the applicable Service only as authorized in these Terms of Service and related documentation as described on the Website for the duration of the subscription term and for the purchased number. For the avoidance of doubt, seats mean the total number of Internet-connected users that may have access to the Service.
Fees
End User is responsible for paying Safe Web Traffic, as applicable, the Fees without setoff or deduction.
Subscriptions are non-cancellable before the end of the subscription term and fees are non-refundable. If you originally paid by credit card, then you acknowledge and agree that Safe Web Traffic will automatically charge your credit card or accepted payment account on record with Safe Web Traffic for the subscription term upon the commencement of any renewal period.
Safe Web Traffic reserves the right to increase the Fees at its discretion prior to any renewal Subscription Term, provided that Safe Web Traffic will notify the End User of such increased Fees.
Free Services
Subject to these Terms of Service, Safe Web Traffic grants to you, and you accept, the non-assignable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and nonexclusive right to access and use any of the Services made available for free on its Website in accordance with the related documentation on the Website. You acknowledge that the Safe Web Traffic Free option is for your personal home use only. You may terminate free Services by simply discontinuing your use of such Services and/or requesting that Safe Web Traffic terminate your account if you have created a Safe Web Traffic account. Safe Web Traffic may terminate your access to all or any part of the free Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice.
Business uses of our Services
If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, that business accepts these terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify Safe Web Traffic and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, or action arising from or related to the use of the Services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs, and attorneys’ fees.
If you use Safe Web Traffic Free Services on behalf of a business for thirty (30) days and over after Safe Web Traffic account creation, you must immediately terminate such usage or purchase Fee-Based Services.
About these Terms
We may modify these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should look at the terms regularly. If you do not agree with the modified Terms of Service, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
